Dynamic Power Rope Balls have an endless number of uses: functional training, core training, push-ups, rotational chop movements, weighted abdominal exercises, strength training, and more. Two built-in handles for easy gripping. The detachable rope feature allows for an even greater range of exercises and creativity. You can even add your own attachments to the clip (e.g. triceps rope, handles, resistance bands, etc). Endless possibilities. This ball is not intended for slamming. This item comes ready-to-use right out of the box. Black color. NOTICE: Due to the handle grips, this med ball is not intended for slamming. Some of the balls have a whitish haze on them; possibly from dust aculation during import. Although this haze does not wipe clean for some reason. It is possible that this minor aesthetic imperfection was caused by the manufacturing process. Some of the smaller balls (6 lb) may arrive somewhat deflated. They can be filled with air if needed.
